The French registry AFNIC opens the registration requirements

Starting December 6, 2011 companies and individuals that have a presence in one of the EU Member States or in one of the countries AX, CH, GF, GI, GP, IS, LI, MQ, NC, NO, PF, PM, RE, TF, WF, YT will be able to register domain names under the French top-level domain .FR without our trustee service.
In addition as of this date, companies and organizations from these countries can register within the TLDs .WF, .TF, .RE, .PM and YT. Due to the current restriction, many good names are still available. From December 2, 2011 at around 02:00 PM (CET) registration orders will be accepted already, which we will send to AFNIC as soon as possible.
For registrants outside Europe we will continue to offer our trustee service.
